Amity's Freshdesk integration imports tickets from a source Freshdesk system and stores them in Amity’s native ticket objects.
Before we can enable Freshdesk integration for you, we need you to do a few things:
Find your Freshdesk API key
- Log in to your Support Portal
- Click on your profile picture on the top right corner of your portal
- Go to Profile settings Page
- Your API key will be available below the change password section to your right
Determine your Freshdesk subdomain
- Log in to your helpdesk.
- Look at the URL in your browser.
- It will look like: https://subdomain.freshdesk.com/helpdesk
- Your helpdesk domain is the subdomain in the above URL.
