Salesforce Desk Integration


Before we can enable Salesforce Desk integration for you, we need you to do a few things:

  1. Provide the email address and password of one Desk administrator user.
  2. Provide the subdomain of your Desk account.
  3. Decide if you want Amity to import all cases or just cases created by contacts within Amity.


Determine Your  Desk Subdomain

The subdomain is the portion of text that appears before the URL.  

For instance, if your Desk URL is then the subdomain is mycompany.
