Zoho CRM Integration


Before we can enable Zoho CRM integration for you, we need you to provide the following pieces of information:

  1. An authorization token
  2. The timezone of the Zoho CRM user that created authorization token. This is required to correctly synchronize date and time values between Amity and Zoho CRM.


Create an Authorization Token

  1. Login into Zoho CRM.
  2. Goto Setup > Developer Space > CRM API
  3. Click on the hyperlink that appears under the Browser Mode heading. A new browser tab should open.
  4. Copy the value that appears after AUTHTOKEN=. The value should look something like this: 65d89286b0617f2851126af0b83315da


Determine Your Timezone

  1. Login into Zoho CRM.
  2. Goto Setup > Personal Settings > Account Information.
  3. Click the Edit button that appears in the Locale Information section.
  4. Copy the Time Zone value exactly as it appears. The value should be something like "(GMT -5:0) Eastern Daylight Time (America/Toronto)".
