In response to customer feedback, we've made a number of improvements to the Portfolio:
- The accounts and people table loads faster and is more responsive. Data is loaded incrementally as you scroll down.
- Account views are always visible in a new panel on the left hand side. This interface is consistent with the views in the Radar and Plan.
- The view and dashboard panels can be hidden when you need more space.
- The CSV export feature is more accessible
Subscription Acceptance and Activation Dates
In some businesses, it's common for a customer to accept a subscription before their service actually activates. Amity's subscription have been enhanced to allow you to record separate acceptance and activation dates.
Salesforce Service Cloud Integration
Amity's Salesforce integration has been enhanced. It can now import and synchronize Salesforce case objects. For more information, refer to Salesforce Integration.
Users Remain Logged In Longer
By popular request, we've increased the duration of Amity user sessions. This means you won't have to log into Amity as frequently as before.
