The improved search functionality that was delivered in the previous release is now available to all Amity customers.
Atlassian JIRA Service Desk integration
Amity can now synchronize issues from JIRA Service Desk. The synchronized issues appear as tickets in Amity's account and person profiles.
Report performance and UI improvements
We have made a number of changes to improve the report performance. We also updated the "look and feel" of the reports. The reports are now responsive and their appearance is consistent with the account, person and play profiles.
App name changes
The Plan app has been named the Tasks app. The Lifecycle app is has been renamed the Playbooks app.
