- New MRR
- Expansion MRR
- Churned MRR
- Churn Rate
What is the Account Dashboard?
The dashboard provides summary information about accounts in the current view over the selected time period.
You can change the time period by clicking the calendar button on the bottom right. The dashboard is updated whenever the period or view is changed.
The total number of accounts at the end of the period.
Ignored accounts are not included.
The total MRR at the end of the period.
This metric is calculated by summing the MRR of subscriptions that are active at the end of the period.
Net New MRR
The total change in MRR during the period.
This metric is the sum of New MRR and Expansion MRR less Churned MRR.
The MRR from new customers.
This metric is calculated by summing the MRR from new subscriptions that become active in the selected period.
Note that this metric does not include subscriptions that are accepted but not active at the end of the period. For instance, imagine a new customer accepted a contract yesterday but the subscription does activate until next week. In this case, the MRR of this subscription will not be included in the metric.
The change in MRR from existing customers.
This metric is calculated by summing the MRR increase (or decrease) from new, renewed and amended subscriptions from existing customers that are active at the end of the period.
The value can be negative if the MRR decreased because existing customers downgraded their subscription.
The lost MRR from subscriptions that were not renewed.
This metric is calculated from the total MRR of subscriptions that ended without renewal during the period.
Note that this value does not contain the MRR for subscriptions that were cancelled but have not ended. For instance, imagine a customer has a subscription ends next month. Yesterday, the customer informed you that they will not renew at the end of the term. In this case, subscription's MRR will not be part of the Churned MRR value because the subscription remains active for another month.
The rate of MRR churn during the period.
This metric is calculated by dividing the Churned MRR by the total MRR at the start of the period.
- Subscriptions associated with ignored accounts are not included in the dashboard metrics.
- The dashboard is not available if the current view contains a filter on the Last Active field, Last Engaged field, or any custom field.
