People can be tagged
Like accounts, people can now have tags. The tags are can be added in the person profile. Tags are also visible in people table in Portfolio.
Link will open ticket in Zendesk and Desk agent user interface
If Amity is integrated with your Zendesk or Desk support system, you can now directly open a ticket in the agent user interface.
Improved: Spinners added to Settings pages
When changes are made in the Settings app, an animated spinner will appear on the page to indicate that the request is in progress.
