We made a number of enhancements Playbooks app.
To simplify the play card, we removed the assignee and account name and shortened the default play name. Previously, a pop-up card would appear when you hovered your mouse over the card. We replaced this with a sidebar. When you click on the play card, a sidebar displays details about the selected play including task information. The play cards now display the account logo, task count, age, and stage deadline countdown (if applicable).
Playbooks can now have an overall deadline. This feature is in addition to stage deadlines. If a playbook has a deadline, the play card will display the due date in the top right hand corner. Also, a green countdown bar will appear above the play card. The bar will get longer as the deadline approaches. When the play deadline is within 24 hours, the bar will change colour to yellow. If play is overdue, the bar will be red.
New Rule Trigger
We added a new rule trigger that will execute the actions whenever a subscription has changed.
HubSpot CRM integration
Amity has expanded our HubSpot integration to support both HubSpot Marketing and HubSpot CRM. Amity now synchronize companies and contacts from a HubSpot CRM portal.
- Information about playbook automation rules are now displayed in the table in the Customer Lifecycle app
- Tags are now displayed on the person cards in people section of the account profile
- We have improved the appearance of the Insights page (and other Settings pages) as well as the charts in the Customer Lifecycle Monthly Goals
Activities generated by people with type "Staff" will no longer be recorded.
