Zuora Integration Improvements
The default payment method, current balance, and details about the last invoice and last payment are now sourced from the Zuora account and stored in the Amity account.
Administrators can now create HTML email templates that can be used in when creating emails that are sent by rules. Email templates are available the Settings app.
Amity can now import in-app conversations from Intercom. These conversations will appear as chat engagements in the newsfeed, account and person profiles.

Changes to people records
We added a description property to people records in Amity. If your Amity instance uses Base CRM, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM integration then the contact description field in your CRM will now be stored in the person's description property. Previous this field was stored in an association note.
We have also simplified the management of links. Previously, a person could have multiple lists of links. We have combined all the links into a single list.
You can now search engagements directly from the account and person profile.
Clone email templates and playbooks
Administrators can quickly create a copy of an email template or playbook by clicking the Clone button that appears beside the name.
