Flagging a Play
When a play is flagged, the card highlights with a yellow background, and a red flag icon appears beside the play name on the card, sidebar, and profile.
Flagged plays allow your team to collaborate more effectively. For instance, when waiting on a customer, you can flag a play to show that it is stalled. This allows your entire team to know which plays aren’t progressing as they should, and why.
Placeholder menu for internal user emails
You can now use a wide variety of placeholders to personalize the messages you send to other internal Amity users.
Improved UI responsiveness
We've made a number of changes to improve the responsiveness of Amity user interface across all the apps.
Discontinuing support for topics (forum posts)
Since it a rarely used feature, we have discontinued support for synchronizing Zendesk topics (forum posts). As a result, references to topics have been removed from the user interface.
