Every rule has at least one action associated with it.
When an action isn't performed, it is for one of the following reasons:
- There may not be any account that met the rule's criteria.
For example, if the rule only applies to accounts that have an MRR greater than $500 the rule will never be executed if all of your accounts have MRR's less than or equal to $500.
- Rules do not apply to accounts that are ignored.
When an account has the ignored property set, automation features like insights, health scoring and rules are disabled.
Follow these steps to determine if an account is ignored:
- Navigate to the Accounts app.
- Open an account profile.
- Navigate to Details > Automation and Reporting.
