What are Health and Insights?
Amity automatically calculates a Health Score for each account. The score provides a visual indicator with which you can quickly gauge the account health. The score is determined by the insights that have been attached to the account.
Insights are labels that Amity attaches to an account when special conditions are met. These labels are what determine an account's health; insights can exist without health, but health needs insights in order to provide a health score.
You can use insights to help identify accounts that may require additional attention. For example, you can use label accounts that have a subscription that expires in the next 30 days.
Customize Amity's health level
Health levels can be configured in Settings > Automation > Health.
Health levels are categorized as Healthy and Unhealthy. The health levels include Green, Yellow, and Red which indicate accounts that are healthy, have an early warning, and are unhealthy, respectively.
You can assign insights to a health level, as well as name the levels and give them a description.
Unassigned insights do not affect an account's health level.
Always be sure to save your changes.
