Amity can notify users by sending an alert or emails.
There are two different categories of notifications: assignments and system
Assignments notify the assignee when an account, play or task is assigned to the user. You can generate alerts or send an email when these actions happen.
System alerts notify the administrators when Amity detects a misconfiguration or a system error. You can also generate alerts or send an email when these actions happen.
Enabling or disabling notifications
- Navigate to the Settings app.
- Click on Notifications.
- Click the checkboxes for the notifications you want to enable or disable.
- Click the Save button.
