Amity offers a unique Salesforce feature that displays any attachments on corresponding Salesforce accounts or opportunity records.
This is an optional feature that is only applicable to users with the Salesforce integration enabled.
Amity does not download copies of the records, as they are retrieved from Salesforce's servers in real-time. You must first upload the attachment to the Salesforce account or opportunity in order to view it in Amity.
You can also add additional documents to the opportunity itself, such as quotes or proposals.
How to view your attachments
- Navigate to the profile of the account that is integrated with the corresponding Salesforce account.
- Click Attachments at the bottom of the side menu.
- Click on the URL of an attachment to view it.
