What is the marketing dashboard?
The marketing dashboard gives you access to data that has been collected about a person in your company's marketing automation system.
The dashboard is only available if HubSpot or Marketo marketing automation integration enabled. Otherwise, the marketing dashboard will not appear in your people profiles.
The information is fetched directly from the marketing automation system when you open the dashboard. If the data changes, you will see them the next time you refresh or open the page.
To find this page, follow these instructions:
- Navigate to the People app.
- Click on the person whose profile you want to see.
- On the left side, click the Marketing section.
Emails panel
This panel of the dashboard shows you up to 25 of the most recent emails that your Marketing team has sent to a person from their marketing automation system. If a person has more than one email address associated with their profile, you will see up to 25 of the most recent emails sent to each email.
Each email will have the following information: Email Subject or Program Name, Sent, Email Address, and Status.
For HubSpot, the actual email subject line will appear in the Email Subject or Program Name column.
For Marketo, the email subject line is not available. Instead, the column contains the name of the Marketo program responsible for the email.
Sent is the date when the email was sent. If you are integrated with Marketo, you will only see emails sent in the last 90 days. If emails were sent over 90 days ago, you will not see them in this panel.
