Delete tickets
We added an action menu to tickets that let's you delete a ticket in Amity. This is available from the ticket section from both account and person profiles.
Define task type in a rule
We added an optional 'type' field for when you add rule with an action "create a task". You can choose a 'type' for your tasks from a dropdown menu when creating the rule.
Custom-order your picklists
We added an option to re-order the items in a custom property picklist. When you create or edit an custom property that has a picklist, you can order the items in the list in your preferred order.
Search by ID
You can now search by account, person or play ID in the global search bar.
Date filter operators
We added new date filter operators to the view and rules editors. We hope you'll find these operators easier to use. You can choose between relative or absolute operators when you filter a date related property (such as 'Last engaged' or 'Next renewal').
We plan to phase out the original mathematical operators over time.
