This article covers how to do various actions with playbooks.
It covers the following topics:

Edit a playbook
- Navigate to the Settings app
- Click on Playbooks under the Configuration heading.
- Click the name of the playbook you want to edit in the list (as seen below).
- Under Details, enter a name for your playbook.
- Under Lifecycle, select the Associated Stage for your playbook. This means the playbook will appear under the Lifecycle stage in the Lifecycle app. (For more information about this, look at the Edit Lifecycle section below.)
- Under Stages, click the grey plus button on the right to add a new stage. (For more information about this, look at the Edit Stages section below.)
- Fill in the fields and click Save in the top right.
- Repeat Steps 6-7 for as many stages as you need.
- Click Save in the top right to save all of your changes.
Clone a playbook
- Navigate to the Settings app.
- Click on Playbooks under the Configuration tab.
- On the right side of the playbook click the action menu.
- Click on the Clone button that appears at the end of that row.
- Edit the cloned playbook.
- Click Save.
Delete / Disable a playbook
Note: Playbooks can only be disabled, not permanently deleted.
- Navigate to the Settings app.
- Click on Playbooks under the Configuration tab.
- Make sure you're on the Enabled tab. Under the Enabled column, uncheck the boxes of the playbooks you want disabled.
Unchecked playbooks will automatically be moved to the Disabled tab. Check the box under the Enabled column to move the playbook back to the Enabled section.
