The Cohort Analysis report provides insight into customer retention overtime. The report includes heatmap charts that display the new customer retention rate of monthly and quarterly cohorts. There are also charts for specific Amity users.
The y-axis shows the cohorts total number of new customers that signed up for an account that year. On the x-axis, the number of months or quarters that have passed. In each box, there is a percentage shown and a colour. The percentage indicates the cohort retention rate. The background colour changes depending on the rate. The cohorts with high retention are shown in green. Low retention appears in red.

Monthly Customer Retention Reports
The Monthly Customer Retention Reports displays the customer retention rate for monthly cohorts.
Quarterly Customer Retention Reports
The Quarterly Customer Retention Reports is similar to the monthly reports, except that the retention rate is displayed for quarterly cohorts.
Account Assignee Reports
Account assignee reports can be formatted as either monthly or quarterly. They show the retention rate of new accounts assigned to a specific Amity user.
