With email tracking, you can determine if a customer opened or clicked a link that was in an email sent by Amity. We've added indicators to the email engagement card that display the email's delivery status as well as open and click counts. For more information, see How Email Tracking Works.
Context sidebars for alerts, engagements, and tickets
You've probably already seen a context sidebar when you work with tasks and plays. We've added them to alerts, engagements and tickets to make it easier to see details from the Radar, Accounts and People apps.
